HOW IT WORKS

Running until 18th January 2026, the promotion is limited to one free* Leitz^® IQ Home Office P4 Shredder with the purchase of one ScanSnap iX2500  per customer.

Purchase a ScanSnap iX2500 between 15th September 2025 and 18th January 2026. After waiting at least 30 days (but no more than 60 days) from your purchase date, you can submit your claim for a FREE* Leitz® IQ Home Office P4 Shredder at the promotion redemption site: https://scanit-shredit.pfuemea3.com/uk/

When submitting your claim, you’ll need to provide your name, company name, address, country**, product details, and a copy of your proof of purchase (an invoice showing your ScanSnap iX2500 purchase). Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming your claim.

Your claim will then be validated within 30 days. To qualify, the purchase date must fall within the promotional period, your claim must be submitted between 30 and 60 days after purchase, the scanner part number/serial number must be valid, and the invoice must come from a reseller in a qualifying country.
Claims are also checked for duplicates.

If your claim is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming this and your FREE* shredder will be shipped to the address you provided within 60 days. You’ll also receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once it has been dispatched.

If your claim is rejected, you’ll be notified by email with the reason why, and you’ll have the opportunity to resubmit your claim.
